Her goals
01Name what she actually wants.
She brings a real situation from her week — the game, the assignment, the friendship. They work it on paper together.
Girls 8–17 · Private one-to-one instruction · Twelve weeks
Twelve weeks of finding out how much.
Private, one-to-one instruction for girls 8–17. Her term runs on written objectives — and you approve them before week one.
Every response is reviewed personally · No obligation

You may recognize her
This is for the parent who sees ability clearly and wants more than encouragement. The situation may look different; the need underneath is specific.
The athlete
“She scores in practice. On Saturday, she passes instead of taking the shot.”
The capable student
“The work is well within her. Getting her to begin is the hard part.”
The girl who went quiet
“She used to say exactly what she thought. Now she checks the room first.”
The girl without a direction
“Nothing is wrong. She just can’t name anything she’s working toward.”
The girl who is already driven
“She is doing well. She wants a method for deciding what comes next.”
The first session helps uncover what’s really getting in her way.
The work
The curriculum is written around her objectives. Nothing is generalized to a group.

Her goals
01She brings a real situation from her week — the game, the assignment, the friendship. They work it on paper together.

Her self-belief
02She learns to catch the sentence she repeats about herself — and test it against the evidence.

Her sticking point
03She leaves each session with one specific thing to practice before the next one.
Every session follows the same shape: what happened this week, what got in the way, and what to do when it happens again.

From the founder
I started this Academy because I kept meeting the same girl: capable, hard-working, and waiting — for a teacher to notice, a team to pick her, someone to say she was ready. Bowl out. Hoping someone fills it.
She was never asking for too much. She was asking the only way she had been taught: hold out the bowl, and hope.
So that is what we teach instead: how to name what she wants, see what stands between her and it, and go get it — without waiting for permission.
She does not need to be handed more. She needs a method. That is the whole idea behind this Academy.
Your instructor
Your instructor is an author and early childhood education professional who has worked with children from diverse backgrounds and alongside some of the world’s leading coaches.
Her work helps young people recognize the thought and behavior patterns shaping how they see themselves, communicate, and respond to challenges — while respecting the values, voice, and role of the parents who know them best.
No labels. No one-size-fits-all approach. Just intentional guidance built around the child—and the family behind her.
“I’m not here to simply make girls feel better. I’m here to give them practical tools and self-awareness they can keep using as life changes.”
One instructor. Twelve girls in a term. $1,799 for the twelve weeks. That is the whole capacity.
In their words
Four families. Four different starting points. The same reason they reached out: they could see she was capable of more, and something kept getting in the way.
School and focus
She wasn't less capable. She was missing a method.
"She always felt she was behind her friends, in class and on the field."
Her parent, at the start
Then
"I can't focus like everyone else."
Now
"I can learn how to make my mind work for me."
High potential
Capability without a plan goes nowhere.
"I know she can do more. I just don't know how to help her get there."
Her parent, at the start
Halfway through the term, her mother emailed us one sentence: “She made the decision herself, and she can tell me why.” That is what “I know I can” sounds like once it becomes “I know how.”
Pressure and performance
The talent was never in question. The pressure was.
"She's talented and works hard, but the moment the pressure hits, she gets in her own head."
Her parent, at the start
Then
"I get in my head."
Now
"I know how to get back in my game."
A time of change
A big change arrived before her tools did.
"She used to be so sure of herself. Lately she seems unsure, and everything feels harder."
Her parent, at the start
Then
"I don't know where I fit anymore."
Now
"I know who I am, even when things around me change."
No girl's real name is ever mentioned — not in these stories, not in anything the Academy publishes. Names are changed, and each family gave written permission.
Every one of these started the same way: a parent took 3 minutes to tell us what she was seeing.
Before you decide
No. It is instruction taught against written learning objectives. If your family needs clinical support, we will not blur that line.
They vary. Our instructors come from coaching, teaching, and education backgrounds, and every one of them is trained in the She Academy expert-led guided curriculum — they are the only instructors authorized to deliver it. Every instructor passes a background check before working with a family.
You approve her objectives and her schedule before week one, and you can read her journal at any time. Nothing about her is shared without your written permission. Read the full Safeguarding Statement.
No audio or video, ever. Enrollment calls and sessions are not recorded by anyone. What you do receive is a written record: after each session, short notes on what she worked on — so you can reinforce it at home during the week.
Yes — in one specific way. The instruction happens in her session; the reinforcement happens at home. After each session you receive brief notes: what she worked on, and one or two ways to hold that environment during the week. A few minutes of your attention is what makes it all stick.
A supporting one, never a leading one. Her instructor uses She Academy AI tools to prepare for each session, notice her patterns earlier, and keep momentum between weeks. The instruction itself stays one person, listening and teaching. The tools make your instructor better prepared. They never replace her.
Yes. This is not remedial. It is for girls who need a practical method for what comes next.
The early sessions are not built around disclosure. They begin with making, writing, and working on something specific.
Expect progress you can point to, not a lightning strike. Every girl arrives with her own layers. Some girls turn a corner in the first weeks; for most it is steadier — one pattern interrupted, then another. Small shifts, stacked. We promise the method and the environment. She brings the rest.
Whether we add twelve more sessions depends on three things: what she wants to work on next, how this term went, and what you and the Academy decide together. When all three point the same way, the next term follows. Returning families receive first access to open seats. And if she is ready to stand on her own, we will say so plainly — and mean it.
Every family has a three-day cancellation policy — within three days of paying the deposit, it is returned in full. Withdraw before the term begins and you receive a full refund. Once the term starts, tuition is non-refundable because her weekly place is held for her alone. Read the full enrollment terms.
The next step
